After figuring out that Snips was a no show, Bismark stepped up and for us going.
WARMUP: standard stuff
THE THANG: Mosey up the hill. Calf raises at the LPD. continue on to main square and awkward abs inside the light up Christmas decorations. From there, follow the leader through all the trees. Babyface took over from that and lead 2 rounds of wall work, bear crawls and crab walks in-between. Swinger grabbed the lead after that and lead us to Davenport for hill climbs. terrible stuff. Back to AO.
MARY: Spokes used the remainder of time for more abs. is a dollie low or high? we may never know….
