WARMUP: SSH’s, arm circles (both directions), overhead claps, world’s greatest stretch
THE THANG: mosey to blocks and each pax grab a block. Head to parking lot for Burpee and WW2 sit-ups. Do 7 burpees, bear crawl 7 parking lines and do 1 ww2, go back to start and do 6 burpees and bear crawl 6 parking lines and do 2 ww2 sit-ups. Do this all the way down to 1 burpee and 7 ww2 sit-ups. Once done with this continue with the ladder theme with 50 curls for the girls at one end of the parking lot and 10 merkins at the other end. Continue with 40 and 20, 30 and 30, and so on. When finished with this group continue the ladder theme with 50 overhead presses and 10 squats. Same format as the curls and squats. MARY: finished up with a couple of minutes of Mary

COT: Rest and reflect. We are all so busy this time of the year with visiting family, shopping for Christmas, etc but reminded everyone to take some time to slow down, rest and reflect on the many things that we have to be thankful for, and remember the reason for the season.
