THE THANG: off the the wall for merkins, dips, merkins, dips, merkins, dips, Bulgarian squats and dips. Next to the Church/Hospice hill 1 burpee at the bottom sprint to top 2 squats sprint back down. Continue until 10 burpees and 20 squats. Next to the wall for a few joe frazier’s , Ali’s etc and finish with the new creation of wall slaps. Finally back to ao for some favorite abs workouts. MARY:
