-took a quick lap around the block since since Howitzer contains 98.6% runners. -grabbed rocks 🪨 from the railroad 🛤 tracks.
-went down to the fountain ⛲️ that is water 💧 less ❌
-got jacked doing curls, thrusters, rows, dips etc. while partner ran more (you’re welcome) -circled up for a hard rock 🪨 swapping circle ⭕️ of fun.
-ran some more….
-planks with stair work
