WARMUP:
THE THANG: Arrow is all about the running and run we did. The route this am was a 5 mile course (optional 6ish was also offered) that included sound effects (thanks Retread) during the course description. It also included the famous (okay, 4 other people knew about it before today) Snuggles-n-Cuddles Strava segment. Long ago YHC created this segment as he preran to ER on a bitter cold winter Monday. As he passed by a certain “workout joint”, he noticed that those inside working out looked so snuggly and cuddly and warm. The rest is history. As the PAX approached ER territory Powder hit the afterburners and left us all in his very powdery wake. His final push was enough to take the crown. What is absolutely amazing is that during the run he actually stopped at Snuggles and Cuddles to talk to a couple of his buds and then still broke the record. So now more of you know about SnC. It’s out there waiting for you. Go get him fellas!
