THE THANG: mosey to Stargate AO and grab a spot on the wall: Dips, Step Ups, Incline/Decline Merkins

Mosey to stage area of square. Put in some tunes and pull out my Deck, of cards. It’s a normal size Deck, unlike PBR’s large Deck. Need I digress. With the tunes playing to drown out some of the mumble chatter and to give the PAX a break of the standard noise we MARY: performed an exercise prescribed by the suit and count based on number:

Hearts – LBC
Spades – Squats
Diamonds – BB Sit-ups
Clubs – Burpees

Face cards were worth a 15 count and just to add some excitement the two Jokers were worth 5 BM’s (Big Boy Sit-up and Merkin combination)

Indian Run back to AO, obviously at various speeds depending upon who led.

MARY: Oh, there was time…Oblique Crunches and low/high plank until the 0600 bell rang is to a close.

COT: take time with your M to truly sit down and talk. I had a great opportunity to spend 9 days with just my M and we talked about all kinds of things, not all involving our children. It was great just to sit back and listen. Escape the day to day and take time with your M. It’s important and she’ll thank you for it.
