WARMUP: SSH, forward arm circles, reverse arm circles all in cadence 15 reps.
THE THANG: PAX had a total of 7 exercises to choose from. Took turns in order of oldest to youngest picking the exercise and rolling the dice for number of reps. Had to pick the exercise before rolling the dice. if you roll doubles, add 10 reps. We completed 4 rounds.
In between rounds, did bear crawls and lunge walked the upper and lower parking lots.
Burpees, merkins, Mike Tyson’s, overhead press, curls, American hammers, squats with the block.
