I’m past due on backsplashes for my recent Q’s. Sorry folks, been busier than a one legged dude in a butt kicking contest. Or is it busier than a one armed coat hanger?
Those are some of my favorite euphemisms. Couple others that I enjoy. Warning: there’s an adult word or two in here. If those words offend you, turn around now:
Luckier than a 2 dicked billy goat. Stiffer than a preacher’s pecker at a double wedding. Useless as tits on a boar. Higher than eagle shit. Slicker than whale shit.
95% of those have been heard by my pops on the regular. He has a lot of talents, but one that I hold in high regards is his talent for busting one of these out at the appropriate time.
Back to not writing BB’s. Sorry about that folks. But it’s not like anyone else is. Quick research shows that it’s been almost a month since anyone wrote one about a workout. That’s a shame. I say even if they’re a month late, write it.
Quick run down of some of the workouts that I need to write about, in no particular order:
ER, this week. Attendance at ER has fallen off a cliff. Couple dudes training for their Rim Job, but not everyone is. Come on now. The parking deck is open for bidness again, so you’re missing out. Come on.
Evening Wood, 2’ish weeks ago. We did stuff. It was fun. It’s always such a giant Mind F for me to do that workout. Motion to change that start time.
So moved.

Today, at Expresso. One dude rolled in 10 minutes late. One dude was a Star regular. One dude had a 100 step commute. One dude that recently opined about how much fun it was to watch us all shoot free throws wasn’t there. Neither was the basketball to shoot free throws. Oh well, it’s for the better. Last time free throws were shot out there, it looked like tryouts for the Generals.
You know the Generals? The team that always loses to the Globetrotters. Except that one time.
