Organ Grinder is a mix-tape of F3Foothills PAX – actually the best of the best. Arrow has the FastHoles and SlowJamz. OG has the RSH – ReallySlowHoles. And then there’s the Ruckers. Handsome, Cool, Studly – everything the rest of you really wannabe.
But seriously. It was rumored that Pump dropped a deuce behind the workers shed at the construction site close to the AO. The HPD were sniffing around but somehow couldn’t find his deposit. And the runners did what runners do. They ran 10 miles this morning. Did anybody else in the region run 10 miles this morning? Shoulda been there!
The ruckers did what ruckers do – we rucked. We ran across the bridge at the double arches and had a meetup with Humpy and Root doing what they do – WALK! But hey, we were all out there getting it done. That is what makes F3 special – having really good people to hang with. No matter that you’re running really fast, really slow, really really slow, rucking or walking. There’s something for us all.
The ruckers were stopped by a dude who just jumped out of his vehicle close to the post office and asked if he could pray for us. So we stopped right there and received his warm and welcomed prayer. How about that!
And the ruckers jumped into the back of Root’s truck and took a selfie, because that’s what we do.
COT: Crop read from Ephesians Chapter 1 and encouraged us to savor all the words that Paul used in the first few verses that we tend to “read over and not process”. Words like GRACE, PEACE, SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS and many more. Read them. Ponder them. Allow them to rest on your heart.
Homework – go home and read all of Ephesians Ch 1 and allow those words to rest on your hearts.
