YHC goes to bed early most nights and received notice that he was scheduled to Q at Expresso at 0’dark-thirty this morning. It’s all good though. He had to think about the workout a little bit but already knew what he would say in COT, as it has weighed on his mind lately. After a small cup of coffee (because that’s his size) and some quiet time, he was good to go and ready to roll on to the AO.
