Nothing says fun like a good-o-route66. So here we go. We cover just a little over 2 miles and the exercises were squats, merkins, and start jumps. So yes we did two miles of deconstructed burpees. That comes out to a total of 198 reps just in the Rt. 66 so hey let’s make it a even 200. Give me 2 burpees. But with everything all together came out to 248 reps counting the warm up. Not too bad for a 45 minute work if you ask me.
