So let me set this morning’s beat down up for you. The last few weeks we’ve been seeing some ok numbers, hey anything more then 3 is an improvement. But Tapeworm has been posting the last few mid-weeks and last Thursday after we finished up we asked if anyone wanted the q for this morning and “crickets.” So instead of EH’ing someone we just TH’ed(told him) Tapeworm that he had q. And we’ll he stepped up to the plate and swung for the fence and knocked it out of the park. This is how it went down.

Home plate 1 burpee run two pitcher’s mound 10 merkins, back to home 1 burpee run to 1st 10 copperhead squats, back home 1 burpee run to 2nd 10 jump lunge, back to home 1 burpee run to 3rd 10 squats, back he 1 burpee run to right field 20 LBC, back home 1 burpee run to center 20 high/low planks, back home 1 burpee run to right center 20 WWI sit-ups, back home 1 burpee run to left 20 American hammers, back home 1 burpee run the outfield fence at home 1 burpee. Then we repeat the infield again.
