That’s it.  We did 120 burpees and 120 squats over 3.5 miles.

  • Workout was likely monotonous for some, but I assumed that if I called 120 burpees along the way, yall would have all pulled a Flaming Crumpy (revised from a Flaming Cropduster since Humpy was the 3rd wheel of that fateful day.  He deserves that credit).  Anyway, you eat an elephant one bite at a time right?  
  • Lots of stuff going on in the next 2 weeks:  Ansley’s Angels run this weekend//Granite Falls convergence next weekend//Dad’s campout that night.  Time to HC for those.
  • High chance that you can get CSAUP points for some of the aforementioned stuff.  Which reminds me, apparently you can get credit for a 50K if you run 32 miles over the course of a week.  Don’t believe me?  Just ask a guy.  
  • Say that reminds me, I’m sitting at 13.5 miles for the week, can I get a 0.5 CSAUP point?
