6th stop- YMCA- 10 KB Swings with rocks. Go from your taint to eyes, or your eye to eye.

Moleskin- I have missed the camaraderie at RAM. Not sure if it is because it is Friday, a more relax setting or what but it is one of my favorite AO’s.
BAM- Also known as BLM since we did Burpees, LBC, Merkins. Took this from F3 Holy City. Posting in another city is alot of fun. It is almost like your first time all over again. During the workout you thnk- “this aint sh–) or ” man, im going to use this again. I enjoyed it.

WOD- 2nd Corinthians 5-21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. We are not perfect. We make mistakes, sometimes alot. Own up to them and understand that we are going to make mistakes and have our pitfalls/ downside although they are not always apparent.
