Well, here we are posting for the second “Den” in a row. Last Den was hardly any running and more core exercise. This week was to ramp it up.
As normal the group worked their way in and normal chatter. 7am and time to start. Normal pre details given and moved in to the warmups….arms, Babyface favorite SSH, Duece favorite humpies and a few others.
Now that the group was well warmed up it was time for a Bizy favorite….45 second run and then 45 second exercise….repeat, repeat repeat….you get the picture. Rule was no easy exercises and the Q had authority to override any that were felt to be that way. Q would also call on individuals to suggest an exercise. So off we started towards the cornfield with multiple stops….moved on the Hwy 90 and headed up to Friars favorite burial spot….once again with stop and go action. Worked our way down the back side (or front depending on who you ask) to WLMS. Heard a comment that “This is stupid” which someone said was a compliment….well??????? Will take it anyway. With the grumbling decided to give folks a rest so as we hit the upper parking lot – lined up and started with 1 BB, up and to the next line and did 2 BB’s, up and to the next line to do 3 BB’s and so on till we finished the 10th line. Then mosey to the front entrance and backs to the wall to do Ali, Fraizer, Bus, Penquin, WB’s and high knees. With our rest break went back to the 45/45 and headed to the stadium for amore fun. Mixture of crab crawls under the hurdles and stair climbs and declines with exercises in between. After it was getting dark so worked our way back to the AO.
Subject of the day was about 17 inches and staying on target….
