Well, well, well it’s finally going down. After almost 6 years of F3 Taylorsville being up and running we just made a soft launch on mid-weeks. Yeah, yeah I know what you’re saying why almost a 6 year wait, but in reality we have been doing stuff on mid-weeks for quite some time. We ran Rattle Ridge for about a year and unfortunately it died. A few of us were doing a lot of running then this Covid mess hit and kinda shot that in the foot. We have been rucking for over a year now and that’s going strong on Tuesday nights. We have all flat roads just like Hickory does. So don’t be afraid to come out and join us for that. But The Dude has had this thought for a while now and has been talking a lot about it, and well after one Saturday beat down he said boys it’s time for mid-week boot camps to start up how’s April 1st sound. Not going to at first I thought is was just a sick April fool’s joke, but no he was dead serious. So on this lovely 42° morning with the o so great Taylorsville headwind which made it fell like it was -42° The Jurisdiction was born. 7 pax spanning from The Station, Star, and Taylorsville came out and helped kick this off. Thanks guys for visiting this side of the bridge. And since mid-weeks were The Dude’s idea he would have the first Q and boy it sucked.

Total 36 Merkins and 108 LBC.

 

Mosey over to the world’s longest Jacob’s Ladder hill and well you guessed it time for a Jacob’s ladder, but The Dude saw fit to add a twist. Half way through your run do 4 single count IST up and down. So start with 1 squat run up the hill half way 4 IST finish running to top of the hill 7 burpees run back down half way 4 IST. And you know the rest.

 

Mosey to courthouse court yard for some mary. 10 dying cockroach, a hand full of crunchy tiger holds, 10 American hammers, and finish off the first beat down at The Jurisdiction with 10 reverse LBC.
