I arrive at Infinity 1 or 2 minutes late because of a bicyclist who decided to start exercising at 5 in the am. That is very weird that someone would work out that early. 🙂
We warmed up with some in cadence exercises. We then ran to Twins house and got in the driveway and we did Monkey Humpers and admired the Elephant chalk drawing looking at the Sexy Pig.
then moseyed to the lower creek playground. We partnered up and Partner1 did 10 pull ups and Partner2 did merkins AMRAP.
We then ran to the light across the street at tremont park and did Weezys and Flutters. I was feeling good for the first time in a while so we then took a left and ran about 100 yards straight up a hill. It was tough. After all the complaining and mumble chatter was over we did LBCs and RBCs at the top of the hill.
We then ran down the hill back to Twins house and got in the driveway and we did the Monkey Humpers again and admired the Elephant chalk drawing looking at the Sexy Pig again.
We moseyed back to the AO and did 1 lap around the greenway.

We discussed the 5 core principles of F3 and spoke about building each other up instead of breaking each other down.
Pray for Old School he will be going to the fire tower on Sunday to do 6.2 miles.
