The pre-blast was dropped as if a party invitation was being sent out with the customary Where, When, Who…I had 2 HC’s and my 2.0 Rooney told me personally he would come prior to him heading back to the school of higher learning. I have the workout planned for our standard 5-6 Prison Break PAX but quickly had to make a switch to add some more spokes to the Spoke workout as 9 PAX posted. Here is what went down:
Warm Up (all in cadence):
SSH’s, Imperial Storm Troopers, LBAC’s (Forward/Reverse), Humpies, Alternating Toe Touch
Mosey around the block and return to AO
Spokes Spoke Workout:
AMRAP each spoke for 60 seconds, 30 second rest, return to hub and complete Burpees for 60 seconds, rest 30 seconds, move counter-clockwise to the next spoke and repeat the same process to complete One Set.
Spoke 1 – Battle Rope
Spoke 2 – Jump Rope
Spoke 3 – Standard or Low Plank
Spoke 4 – LBC’s
Spoke 5 – Squats
Spoke 6 – Block Curls
Spoke 7 – Block Bench Press
Spoke 8 – Dumbbell Fly’s
Spoke 9 – Kettle Bell Swing

How strong is our Faith? In our daily lives we can visibly see the results of something that is created. We can see the ingredients that go together to make a cake. God didn’t take a bit of this and a bit of that to create the Trees, Grass, Sea, Stars, Moon, etc. He spoke and it was created! We need to have our assurance in a God that controls our lives when we can’t see what is happening through His control. I like what it says in verse 3 ‘so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible’. I ask you again, how strong is our Faith?
Hebrews 11:1 & 3 “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. 3 By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.”
Announcements – Highway to Hedges – still need men to sign up.
Moleskin – Glad to have Rooney (my 2.0 or as he notes it…I’m his 2.0 since he EH’d me to join F3) join in our fun today. Spokes will be purchasing a new jump rope or at least one heavier than a shoestring.
Spokes Out!
