Here’s the thing-a-ma-bob:

Start out, usual time, 5:32-ish o’clock, sharp.  

Warmup, SSH, Merkins, ATT, Humpies.

Thing-a-ma-jigger:  run to hickory high track/football stadium, break in to the gate because we’re HIMs that respect OPP.  After we break in, we start the workout which is to start at the bottom of the bleachers, do a squat on every step, up and down, go to the track, 25 merkins, 25 big BOOOOIIIIII sit-ups, run 300Metres(that’s UK speak for Meters), lung-walk 100 meters, rinse and repeat until 6:06-ish o’clock, sharp.  Run back to the parking area(#noflag), Phlegm tops us off with a round of Asheville abs.

Moleskin: We saw a mouse.  Publix is giving his kids and experience instead of a thing for christmas(pretty cool), Hickory High’s stadium gate is not very secure – we should take advantage of that more often.  I appreciate you all.
