The Infinity AO was set up several years ago to be a Run And Movement (RAM) workout style AO for F3 Lenoir.  Living up to that name see below to see how five of the HIM of F3 Lenoir posted and got stronger.

Warmup

• Humpies (15 IC)
• Quad Stretch (Right/Left)
• Imperial Stormtroopers (10 IC)
• Calf/Hamstring Stretch (Left over Right Foot then flip flop)

Run on Greenway along Lower Creek toward Sherlee St. greenway access

Stop along the way

5’s Workout (wasn’t sure of time to do 11’s…but same premise) – 4 Squats and 1 Overhead Press, 3 Squats and 2 Overhead Press…you get the picture

Run to parking lot of Sherlee St. Greenway parking lot. 

5’s Workout with Merkins & Overhead Press

Run up Sherlee St and Bernie Sanders up a portion of the hill

Stop at corner of Sherlee St. & Turnberry St. – LBC’s (15 IC)

Run up Barrington Dr. to top of cul-de-sac.  Quietly complete Squats (15 IC)

Run back down Barrington Dr. (five wide until we met a car) and turn up Hemlock and stop corner of Lynview St. – Big Boy Situps (10 IC)

 Continue on Lynview/Hawthorne and back towards AO. 

Stop in front of Goodwill’s abode and do 5’s with Mountain Man Poopers and Overhead Press

Return to AO

Complete 11’s with Wheezy Jeffersons and Big Boy Sit ups

Using the contemporary Christian song by Sanctus Real “Lead Me” background; lead singer and his wife were living separate lives (hers at home with home life and his on the road touring).  At one point during their numerous discussions noting things had to change he looked at his wife with a puffy face from crying and then in the background saw a photo of that same women on their wedding day.  They were two different images…at that moment his wife said frankly, I need you to Lead Me.  How are we leading our families?  What is our home like when we aren’t home.  I have seen that in my home since I’ve been working remote since March.  My home isn’t in a situation that makes me concerned but the perspective is truly real.  I hear my M teaching my youngest 2.0; I see my middle 2.0 leave and return from school.  I hear how her day was, first hand.  Ephesians 5:25 says “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her”.  Are we being intentional in leading our family as Christ leads us?

Prayer requests – Babyface’s 96 year old Grandfather sickness, Friar’s injury, Swinger’s M working through transition of homeschooling.

Five wide headlamps does look strange when approaching…per the backyard neighbor on Pennell St.

Great to have Friar join us from the cornfield side of the Greenway for COT.  Wonder if he was a bit later if he would have heard what that fox said.
