So I know I am two days late writing this BB from Evening Wood but my stupid work computer no longer allows me to access F3 websites. So BB now has to be typed in an email, sent to myself, then done on my phone. This sounds way harder than it looks (TWSS). *Also how clever is it the the title is blocked because of being blocked but also because we did block work (felt like Cuz writing BB right now)*
Warmup-
SSH, Windmills, Buttkickers, High Knees, Little Arm Circles (all IC X15)
The Thang-
Grab a parking lot line. Ski hop over line IC X 15 then front to back hop IC X 15. Mosey to block pile and have 1/2 PAX grab bricks and 1/2 grab blocks. Mosey to the front of Corinth and form a line. We did a circuit where each PAX was on a different exercise while one PAX ran the loop in front of the church. Once the running PAX got back the next one took off and the other PAX moved to the next exercise

Arm Extensions (Bricks)
Should Taps (Bricks)
Overhead Press (Bricks)
Goblet Squats (Block)
Curls (Block)
After everyone had done each exercise and ran we moved to the wall. People’s chair with WonderBra IC X 20. Then some Mary- Freddy Mercury X15 IC, 10 WWII OYO and Pretzels X10 each leg IC.
After Mary we rinsed and repeated everything above. After finishing the 2nd round of everything we still had 4 minutes so we did Jack Webb. This was a crowd favorite… some newer PAX to EW thought it was going to be an easy way to finish. HAHA
For you guys that have not been to Evening Wood yet, come out and show these new guys some love. There has been a great turnout over the last 2 months with some great new guys.
