QIC:  Cousin Eddie

Woke up.  Rolled out of bed.  Dragged a comb across my head.  Found my way downstairs and drank a cup….Naw.  I haven’t combed my hair since 1993.  Not sure why started w/ that.

Weather:  No snow.  In fact, it was downright warm.  My phone said 32, but it closer to 40.  Tooth Fairy’s phone apparently told him the same thing.  Homie was covered up in duds.

Thang:  Warmups.  You know.

Mosey to courtyard.  One lap around the little loop w/ 10 yard broad jumps, then 3 pull ups, 5 merkins, and 10 squats.

Mosey to 127 for Monkey Humpers IC.

Mosey to White Claw’s driveway for Pickle Pounders IC.

Continue mosey to bottom of lil hill.  Exercise was 10 broad jumps, 10 burpees, and 10 hand release merkins.  Repeato until the parking lot at Corinth.

Mosey to Corinth parking lot for ______?  Not sure what they are called.  Get a partner, P1 is on the ground, raises his legs and P2 pushes the legs down.  Repeat for 1 minute.  Switch.

Partner squats.  Still not well received or done in good form.  Whatevs.

Partner derkins.

COT:

I touched on this yesterday, but went a bit deeper into this today.  I can not stress the importance of having accountability partners in our lives.  Please please please get one if you don’t.  And if you don’t, please let me know.  We are all broken men and we all need help in overcoming what Dredd refers to as our Jester.  Our Jester is what is holding us back from becoming an accelerating man.  That might be alcohol, drugs, anger, fear, porn, food, etc.  Whatever that is, let someone know and ask them to hold you to be accountable for your actions.  We can’t help you until you let us know how we can help.  Holla!
