QIC:  Powder

There was a lot of mumble chatter before the workout started this morning. There was a good bit about how AWESOME my mustache was under my ninja mask along with some other things (not as important as my mustache).

The Thang:

Windmills, High Knees into Buttkickers, ATT, Humpies, Little Baby Arm Circles (All IC X15)

Mosey around St Lukes and end up in the Courtyard. We did 5 pull ups in between each exercise alternating between palms out and palms in. The exercises were: Incline Merkin, Decline Merkin, Step-ups, Squats, Hallelujah Lunges. We then did (my new favorite exercise) low plank for 30 seconds, 10 merkins, low plank for 1 minute, 20 merkins. RECOVER

Mosey to the bottom of the hill behind Corinth. Partner up with P1 running backwards up the hill and P2 doing 5 star jumps then catch P1. Rotate till you got to the back of Coninth. Then 5 Burpees for everyone.

Rinse and Repeat the hill 2 more times. Mosey to the basketball hoop behind Corinth. All PAX take a shot with a make being 5 merkins for everyone and a miss being 10 merkins for everyone. We did 90…. for 10 people??? The ball was “frozen”and it was too hard with gloves on…..

Mosey to the Tunnel of Love. People’s chair w/ Wonder Bra (IC X20), People’s Chair w/ Muhammad Ali (IC X20), then to finish Balls to the Wall. Mosey back to the St Lukes Courtyard.

10 Pullups, Decline Merkins, Incline Merkins, 5 mins of Mary

 

WOD: Suffering is apart of life but we can have hope in knowing that our Lord is the rock that we can stand on during those hard times.
