YHC arrived early at the Tower to set up this morning’s workout with borrowed sidewalk chalk from his 2.0’s. Parked truck full of logs at one end of a parking lot, and then marked off 11 parking lot spaces with exercises at the other end before taking a short mosey to the Tower tower to await the PAX.

8 PAX in attendance, all regulars, so YHC skipped the disclaimer and side-straddle-hopped right into the warm-up (both in cadence):

  1. 30 Side Straddle Hops
  2. 12 Humpies

Quick mosey to the flag pole for (both in cadence):

  1. 10 Step-ups
  2. 16 Triceps Dips

Now off to the activity of the morning: one very large die and 11 sidewalk chalked exercises. We mosey to the back of YHC’s truck and unload a log for each PAX. Instructions: everyone partners up, each partner rolls the die once, adds their numbers together, then both drag their logs to the parking space with the number they rolled, perform the exercise in that parking space, then drag their logs back to the die. Rinse and repeat! 8 PAX pair into 4 teams and the activity begins.

Parking lot spaces:

  1. 2 Burpees (the smaller numbers required the longest log-dragging distance)
  2. 30 LBC’s
  3. 40 RBC’s
  4. 10 Big Boy Sit-ups
  5. 20 Squats
  6. 10 Plank Jacks (most likely to be rolled)
  7. 8 No Surrenders
  8. 10 Hand-release Merkins
  9. 10 Diamond Merkins
  10. 11 Star Jumps
  11. 12 Burpees

Around 6:13 AM, we loaded everything back on the truck and moseyed to the Tower tower, finished with 50 LBC’s to end right at 6:15 AM.
