Weather: Cool and Crisp!

Pre-run: Doc McStuffins, Patti Mayo, Katniss

Warmup: Jane Fondas, Humpy’s, Windmills, ATT, LAC, RAC, Overhead claps, SSH

After catching flak for starting the warmups with Jane Fonda’s, where I was accused of hanging out at Cousin Eddie’s workouts for too long, we moseyed to the middle parking lot for a 10 count Asheville Abs.

We then moseyed to the Walgreens parking lot where we did a little 4 corners exercise

1st corner – Mountain Merkin (Mountain climber w/ a merkin) (Yes it is in the exercise list on F3 – go look it up Patti)

2nd corner- gas pumps

3rd corner – Bonnie Blair’s

4th corner – Squat Thrusters w/ a coupon (aka Block)

4 rounds starting with 20 reps and dropping 5 reps each round

After finishing up I notice that we still have about 12 minutes left, so I ask myself what would Cousin Eddie do?(WWCED) So we moseyed to the sidewalk in front of Walgreens and we crawl beared up the hill to the top and then bear crawled back down planking for the 6. We then still had time to spare so we moseyed back to the flag where we did a 10 count name your exercise by committee.

Side note: 10 count war hammers should not be allowed at the end of a  workout Flex Seal! Also Hollow Bodies should not be allowed at the end of a workout Biscuits!

The site Q responsibilities have been handed over from Doughboy to Has Been. Acceptance speech by Has Been is forthcoming on Thursday!

All in all, a lot of good mumblechatter this morning which  makes these workouts more bearable! I appreciate all the guys that get after it every morning and strive to get better because it pushes me to get better! Enjoyed it!
