Technology is amazing. I am sitting here at my desk right now pushing a button on a microphone that is transcribing my speech into text. Maybe these back blast things would not be so hard now.
5 PAX met at the STAR this morning for the third week of the ironPAX challenge.
The Thang
10 pull-ups
15 burpee block jump overs
20 CFTG
25 Block squat thrusters
30 reverse crunches.
43 minutes of suck.
That is about all there is to the workout. I want to give a shout out to Jake Brake. This is his second workout at F3, and he pushed himself harder than the average PAX. Nicely done sir.
Evidently plank and binary played in a golf tournament yesterday. Wore them out too much to show up this morning. Thankfully cable guy placed a cinderblock in planks yard, so he can do the work on his own.
