Pulled in to find the Pax waiting patiently for my arrival. I was late. Everyone made fun of YHC’s voice. I think I sound strong and mysterious, like Tom Waits. But really I sound tired and soul sucking like Patty and Selma Bouvier.

The Thang:
Grab a block, the big one. Mosey to Presbyterian Church parking lot. It’s further than I remember. It was hard carrying my block, the deck of cards, and not crushing my phone.
Grab a card from the deck, do the exercise with the block—suit is type, number is reps, run up the stairs and around the lot back to your block. Grab next card. Repeato.
Clubs—LBC
Spades—swing
Diamond—Merkin
Heart—Squat Press
Repeat until 5:50, mosey back to AO
Play hot potato with a partner. On sixes, ankles touching. Pass block back and forth with Big Boy Sit-ups. AMRAP 90 seconds or until Q gets bored.
Rock-a-bye babies: wall sit with block, rock block side to side x10. This was for Audit. But he fartsacked or something.
The workout was at 44 minutes, and the Pax really wanted to hit 45. So we ran around the block until PBR was satisfied.
The Word:
Ric Ocasek of new wave band The Cars died yesterday.

YHC had more to say on the subject but couldn’t breathe. So didn’t.
Moleskin:
- 500 something calories. Many stairs. PBR approved!
- Time is weird, man…
- Soccer parents are pompous, coaches are rude, but referees are just the worst!
- Its always quieter when Babyface spends his morning somewhere else.
- Bismarck is running a 5K in Blowing Rock this Saturday. PBR is riding 50K sometime. I’m finding a couch.
