Little known to the PAX, YHC attempted to make this mornings workout about 3 things; upper body, core, lower body. YHC tried to balance out these three important areas in order for the PAX to receive a full body beatdown.

Rinse and Repeat

Mosey to Fourk and partner up for Five Corners (perform exercise quantities as a team)

Nice work fellas! Happy birthday to our boy Pumpernickel. At the end of the workout Merkins were done in his honor…thank God he’s only 28. YHC shared a word about being unstoppable. In life our choices are clear to do good or not. We are blessed to have access to the most tremendous force for good in the world, Gods Holy Spirit.
