Warmup Mosey lap around parking lot, SSH, Humpys, Windmill
mosey down to lower parking lot where there were some block waiting on us.
block spoke: 3 block burpees in the middle after each corner (carry your block with you to each corner station); 4 corners were 20 Bent Rows, 30 Overhead press, 40 Bench press (this is when Cuz finally showed up to make 7-apparently he had some pipe issues this morning….imagine that), 50 Curls
This is about the time where a couple people were saying, âyou do know this is Whipping Stick and not ERâ…ha!
Mosey back up for some Pull-ups on the pull up tree (3 each-cause itâs WS) then Mosey to wall for People chair: M Ali, Joe Fraziers, Little baby arm circles.
back to main parking lot for Bear crawl with 10 derkins on each side of the curb then some crab walks with 10 dips on each curb.
Now for the fun part of the work out! Â Grab my work boots out of the truck (cause Cuz loves the Merica boots) and the soccer ball for some âCrabâ soccer.
4 vs 3 (team with 3 gets to bear crawl instead of crab walk). Â This lasted about 5 minutes before everyone started standing up and playing regular soccer. Â Let the record show that Cuz did âmegâ me by accident but then I called it and said you mean meg like this and megged him and then megged TF for the goal. Â Also, let the record show that Doughboy is a brick wall in goal, Beaker has some skills with the left foot, and Swanson has some cheeky little dink skills. Â Good times!
WOD was God is in control! Â Pray for my dad who is back in the hospital with some infection in his legs and just found out he has diabetes.
Also, just another note: my favorite quote from someones 2.0 at dads camp, âI was so scared from my blob launch that I cried under water because I didnât want anyone to see me.â
