QIC:  Hot Lips

Patti Mayo, YHC and Flamer met for a 3 mile pre run this am…sounds like a good idea until I had the q.  But if you are gonna go, you might as well go big (TWSS).

The Thang

Warm-up consisted of 12 on  alternating toe  touches, 20 side straddle hops, and 15 Humpys

What came next was a rinse and repeat from YHCs q on Tuesday. 3 mile run with Blimps in between.

1st Stop

5 each

Burpees, Lunges, Imperial storm trooper, Merkins, Plank jacks, and squats

2nd stop

5 burpees, 10 Lunges, Imperial storm trooper, Merkins, Plank jacks, and squats

3rd stop

5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial storm trooper, Merkins, Plank jacks, and squats

4th stop

5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial storm trooper, 20 Merkins, Plank jacks, and squats

By this time YHC is gassed.

5th stop

5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial storm trooper, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank jacks and squats

6th stop

5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial storm trooper, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank jacks, and 30 squats.

WOD:  Joash ( Not Jordache) was made King if Israel at 7!  If God can use a seven-year-old, he can use the rest of us.

*there were 5 gentlemen with weighted satchels on as well, Jordache was not one of them.*
