Whoa! Where’d the PAX all come from this am? The Mount must have had low numbers because they were all at Howitzer. Those Mount boys not only showed up in force, they came bearing the worlds bulkiest, behemoth, double headed ghost flag. YHC can barely pick the thing up let alone fit it into the back of his Subaru without putting down the back seats. More on the GF later. Big numbers, 26 PAX to be exact, circled up at 0530 and it went like this.
The Thang
Warmup (IC)
SSH X 20
ATT X 20
Hillbillies X 20 (CCW)
High Knees X 20 (CW)
Mountain Climbers X 20
Mosey to the Elks Lodge then down 4th St and over to parking lot across from FBC for Metro Relay
Teams of 3. Man A grabs a block, stays in position and does alternating curls and overhead presses while men B and C run down the hill. Once B and C reach the bottom, man B runs back up and tags up with Man A. Meanwhile man C does 10 X Squat Jumps and 10 X Merkins. Man A runs to the bottom of the hill and repeats exercises as mentioned and the mayhem continues until all teams have completed 30 laps (each trip down or up the hill is a lap).
Mosey back to Lowes parking lot for Mary
LBCs X 20
Jimi Hendrix X 20
Pretzels (R) X 20
Pretzels (L) X 20
Peter Parkers X 15
Parker Peters X 15
Moleskin:
In case you haven’t heard, new rules for the ghost flag went into effect this am:
1) At least 2 pax have to deliver the flag to the next victim….I mean champion AO
2) AO’s can’t return it directly back to the AO that gifted it. Sorry boys, it’s gotta go somewhere else first.
It was fantastic to see so many post this morning. It was especially nice to have FNG Doodles with us for his first beatdown. Welcome Doodles!

YHC shared a devotional from Guidepost (https://www.guideposts.org/better-living/life-advice/how-to-find-your-inner-warrior) about finding your inner warrior. God sees our great capacity, talents and potential to do amazing things. He knew what Gideon was capable of, even when Gideon failed to recognize it. He knows what you are capable of too…tap into that!
Always an honor to lead!
