- 10 Curls
- 10 OverHead Press
- 10 Skull Crushers
- 1 Lap around parking lot —avoiding used condom at end of parking lot!!!!! (..Hey..Its OG..Its Sketchy)
Rinse & Repeat adding 2 reps
Rinse & Repeat Adding 2 reps
Rinse & Repeat adding 2 reps
Rinse & Repeat doing as many reps of each in 30 seconds
10 exercises 1 time aint so bad! Its the Rinse & Repeat that will get ya!
