I will attempt my first Speed BB. It seems like it’s all the rage these days. Here goes:
Mass confusion from the get go. The temporary parking lot that we have been using since the original parking lot is torn up is also now torn up. No where to park. Actually, there’s still plenty of parking, but it’s just a big ole cluster F out there.
Humpy on the Q. Yet no Humpy. Someone says he said something about going to the Star. Huh? Note: If you are the Site Q, you really really really really need to start making sure that the Q knows he has the Q. It’s one of the only responsibilities that you have. Please do it.
FNG in the house. Disclaimer given.
Warmups by Cousin Eddie. Still a bit groggy, head a bit foggy. Some cadence was lost in the fog of sleep.
Kapowski takes over. 4 corners around 1st Baptist. Merkins, plank jacks, squats, lunges
Mosey to bottom of ER. Originally Kapo called 2 laps of Old ER. In the interest of time, Omaha was given towards the end of the 1st lap for just one lap.
Beaker takes over: Mosey to the bottom of Cemetery Hill, partner up. Hand Release Merkins for P1. P2 runs backwards up CH. Flip flop when P1 catches P2 to the top.
Suppository takes Q: Mosey to block pile. Kettle bells, goblet squats for P1. P2 runs to the end of the parking lot, 20 mountain climbers. Flip flop.
Jordache’s turn: Mosey back to where the shovel flag should be (Responsibility #2 for Site Q) for 6 minutes of Mary. American Hammers, Boxcutters, WW2/Big Boys, etc.
WOD
Name the FNG: Moana. Very millennial name. Acceptable.
