QIC:  Suppository

Conditions: Perfect

Warm-up: ATT, Humpy’s, SSH

Thang: A big squarish rectangular “new” ER. Start at bottom of Hospital Hill, run to the top for Squats. Run to top of parking deck and lunge walk (modified to halfway only) across the top. Run to the flag for Merkins then to TerraDotta corner for low plank jacks. Then back to the bottom of Hospital Hill for Burpees. Repeat-o. Started with 10 reps and went down by 1 each lap.

WOD: Grit- As much as natural ability is worth, Grit is worth twice as much.

Diary: Forgot how much fun ER is, and how terrible. Tried to lead everyone on that it would be Old ER for the second week in a row, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. Sheamus said he would’ve rather done the old ER. The low plank jacks were for Jordache’s elbow and the lunges in honor of Fuse. I really thought someone would get down to 1 or 2 reps (Herniator) but then realized how far we had to run. It ended up being close to 4 miles for YHC. I’ll be seeing the concrete beast again soon(ish)
