QIC:  Powder

I feel like I end up doing a lot of the same workout because I do what is familiar and easy to remember. So when I started to come up with my Q the night before I tried to be a little different but keep to something we have done before. I have never done the 4 corners workout but it always seems to be a crowd pleaser so here it goes:

Warm up- Humpies, ATT, Smurf Jacks, Windmill, Plank Jacks (All IC X15)

Mosey to planters in Square- Step Ups IC X20, Tricep Dips IC X10, Incline Merkins IC X10

Mosey to FBC front steps for some 4 Corners- Corner 1 = 5 Burpees, C2 = 10 Monkey Humpers, C3 = 15 Hand Release Merkins, C4 = 20 Squats.

Stop at Steps for Calf Raises each leg IC X10, Decline Merkins IC X10

RINSE AND REPEAT 4 Corners and Stairs

Mosey to Block Pile for partner work. P1 AMRAP Bench Press P2 run to other side of parking lot for 15 lunges (Switch), P1 Curls= P2 15 WWII situps (Switch), P1 Overhead Press = P2 Mtn Climbers X15, P1 Kettle Bell = P2 Star Jumps X 10

Time for 1 more set of 4 corners. Mosey back to Flag. Freddy Mercury IC X15, Windshield Wipers IC X10, Rosalitas  IC X15, 1 min low plank
