Short Sale kept the early finishers busy with Ab work while waiting for the six to finish.
Then:
- Rachet Wrecker – Shoulder reps – 190 of em!
- Howler Monkeys
Return Blocks to Pile & mosey Back to Flag. Circle up and:
- A few rounds of Hi/ Low Planks
- Freddy Mercury’s
- RBC’s
