QIC:  Flex Seal

so far…..was at The Mount ….on Nov 1st with 14.25 PAX – Only 1/4 Patty Mayo cause he pre-ran then pulled a Flaming Humper Cropduster after warmup!

Here is what we did:

Warmups :

  • Side Straddle Hops
  • Humpies

Mosey to Block Pile – Partner Up

Mosey back to parking Lot where:

Partner 1

while partner 2

Short Sale kept the early finishers busy with Ab work while waiting for the six to finish.

Then:

  • Rachet Wrecker – Shoulder reps – 190 of em!
  • Howler Monkeys

Return Blocks to Pile & mosey Back to Flag. Circle up and:

  • A few rounds of Hi/ Low Planks
  • Freddy Mercury’s
  • RBC’s
