Warmups – 15 SSH IC, 10 ATT IC

Mosey to the bottom of the parking deck ramps.

Sprint up the ramps, jog the flats, the last flat lunge walk to the elevators, rinse and repeat with broad jumps and reverse lunges.

Mosey to the taller stairwell. Run down to the bottom of the stairwell, 20 merkins, back to the top 20 LBCs. Down 3 flights of stairs, 20 merkins, up to the top 20 LBCs, Down 2 Flights 20 merkins, 20 LBCs at the top, 1 flight 20 merkins, 20 LBCs at top.

Rinse and repeat with 20 Imperial Storm troopers at the bottom, 20 American Hammers at the top.

Down 1 flight of stairs for 14 hill billies, up to the top for 20 LBCs, down 4 flights of stairs 7 hill billies, 20 LBCs at the top.

Mosey back to the flag.

Not much mumble chatter this morning except for football talk about Clemson vs NC State game.  Go Tigers.

18 (or so) months ago, Abraham bestowed onto Cousin Eddie his smelly workout gloves and deemed him the leader of 1st F.  Well, Cousin Eddie mounted one of said gloves onto a chain and passed it (as well as all the responsibilities/privileges) to Powder.  To go along with the chain, Cousin Eddie tried to give Powder a groundhog skin, but he wasn’t having any of it.
