On the most humidest of humid mornings, 11 PAX posted to Howitzer for a sweat-fest. We did have an FNG so was obliged to give the disclaimer. The workout went something like this:
Warm-up: SSH, ATT, Windmill, 10 Burpees OYO
We then moseyed to the Post Office, behind the post office and back around past Olde Hickory Brewing with 10 Burpees at each stop.
Partner up- Fast and Faster together. Partner 1 run to the Stop Sign and back while Partner 2 did the following:
Burpee Rolls
Tuck Jumps
Side Jump Squats
Lumberjack Squats
Then it was time for an extremely long mosey to the Bourbon St Cafe and back to Elk Lodge, with some Burpees and Mary thrown in along the way. We then partnered up again, but were running out of time. I think we did get in:
Reverse Lunges
Forward Lunges
1 Leg Squat
Back to the non-existent flag.
Count-o-rama, Name-o-rama and then we named our FNG. Ariel Flores is from Mexico City but has been here 15 years and is a painter, therefore, he is now Picasso. Good work sir.
