QIC:  Sheamus

I thought the workout would be pretty easy to follow, but yours truly realized some didn’t understand or listen to the instructions when Cousin Eddie looked like Usain Bolt.

Warmups:

SSH, ATT, + The Humpy

Workout: 3 rounds of ER BLIMPS

5 Burpees at the warmup corner, run to top of first stairwell

10 Lunges at the top, run to bottom of stairwell

15 IST at the bottom, run to top of next stairwell

20 Merkins at the top, run to bottom of stairwell

25 Plankjacks at the bottom, run to top of hospital hill

30 Squats at the top of hospital hill, run to bottom of hill

Repeat all the way back through.

Mosey to bottom of parking deck for Indian Run to the top.

Round of Mary (American Hammers, Asheville Abs, etc.)

Mosey to the flag.

WOD:

Spoke about a friend’s mom that passed away last Wednesday. At her funeral, they spoke about her being intentional in trying to do something good every day. Whether that be helping someone, or even just praying for someone. Make every day count. Be intentional with every day. Go out and do something meaningful to help change the world.
