QIC:  Powder

We had a few PAX do 6 miles and a few PAX do 5+. Either way it was a great morning with some good conversation and fellowship.

Route-

Around Corinth in front of LHCC. Right onto 6th and follow 5th St. NW to Hutton Estates. Run through Hutton left back onto 6th, right onto 14th Ave NW and do 6th St Cir NW (confused yet? we’ve only done 3 miles so far). Take a right back onto 6th and depending if you wanted to do 5 or 6 miles would determine where you turned to get back to 4th and head back.

 

I have decided I like doing the COT and WOD before taking off to go run so that whenever PAX get back they can head out or stay and wait for everyone to finish. The problem is that YHC’s mind is normally not working before the workout so his WOD usually does not come out all that great. There are not complete thoughts or even complete sentences for that matter. Luckily fellow PAX don’t seem to mind and are usually very gracious about it.
