Tried to come up with something different than I normally do because I have this neighbor (who probably wont read this) who gives me grief about having to do everything in order and repeats. So for my plan to work I needed to either have an even number or a multiple of 3…. And of course we had 11, kept waiting on Jordache or someone to come in on 2 wheels but no dice.
NO SSHs today (trying to go off my normal plan)
Butt kickers, High Knees, Windmill, Arm Circles (All IC X15)
5 Burpees — Mosey to short wall for:
Tricep Dips, Step Ups, Decline Merkin (IC X10)
Mosey to First Baptist Parking lot to grab blocks and oh wait there is Cuz’s truck with the sand babies still in them from ER…
Two PAX stood at opposite ends of the grassy field and did the block exercise while the 3rd PAX did an exercises with sandbaby to get to them. Partners switched till all 3 had to be in the middle.
Round 1- PAX on end did Skull Crushers, PAX in middle Lunges
Round 2- PAX on end did Curls, PAX in middle Bear Crawl
Round 3- PAX on end did Kettle Bell, PAX in middle Imperial Storm Troopers
Round 4- PAX on end did Bench Press, PAX in middle Crab Walk
Mosey around block and stop on FBC steps for Calf Raises (IC X10/leg) & Decline Merkin (IC X10)
Mosey back to FBC grassy field to RINSE AND REPEAT. Once finished mosey back to the flag.
It is pretty funny that I had the Q on 7/24/18 because a good friend of mine from Columbia messaged me last week asking for some Q ideas. I had mentioned F3 to this guy a couple of years ago and he is now attending Swampfox on a regular basis. So when the newsletter came out Sunday night it made me smile at how things work out. I love hearing of other people from other AOs that I know because I know how much F3 has done for me in my life.
WOD: Quote from Theodore Roosevelt “We do not admire the man of timid peace. We admire the man who embodies victorious effort; the man who never wrongs his neighbor, who is prompt to help a friend, but who has those virile qualities necessary to win in the stern strife of actual life.”
