We all have favorites: favorite football team, favorite place to get a burger, favorite child….I’m sure that most of you also have a favorite place to post in the gloom. TF has made it clear that his favorite is Expresso. Mainly because it’s 100 yards from his house, but we don’t judge. Daewoo loves him some Organ Grinder. Those that Star love the Star. Me? It’s ER. I’ve professed my love for her many times over, so there’s no need to get into specifics, but you need to know that we’ve been going steady for 4 years now. I’m thinking of giving her my favorite fraternity sweatshirt and lavaliering her to let everyone know that she’s mine.
Weather: another low humidity morn. I could get used to these.
Thang:
Warmups. Standard issue.
Mosey to bottom of deck. Indian run to the top. Plank for the six.
Mosey down stairs towards what Beaker calls the Tree of Life, then down to the bottom of Hospital Hill. Partner up.
Partner 1: complete called exercise and upon completion run up HH
Partner 2: reverse run up HH
When P1 catches P2, P2 drops and does exercise, P1 starts reverse run up hill until P2 catches him. At top of hill, P1 and P2 do one more rep of called exercise, meet at bottom of hill for another round.
Called Exercises:
Round 1: 20 merkins
Round 2: 15 plank jacks
Round 3: 10 squats
Round 4: 5 burpees
Mosey back to shovel flags. Yes there was not just one, but 3 shovel flags this am. Thank you to all that brought them. Meet up at CE’s ride to pick up some old friends: Little Sand Babies

Dear Diary:
- i was handed a bit of my own medicine. It was awful. Sooner cropdusted me with some evil vapors. My revenge on him will be sweet.
- We had dudes from Granite, The Mount, and Hickory. This is one of my favorite things about ER. All regions matter!
- Flex Seal has become an ER regular. Most ‘new guys’ don’t do this. We’re glad you found us, fella. Keep on coming!
- That being said, it would be nice to see some old guys from time to time: Taz, Recliner, Cropduster, Markup, Bing, Plank, Hot Lips….too many to keep up with really. Just post!
- LSB’s can really test a dude. Anyone that wants them for a Q, just holla and I’ll bring them*
- * just don’t ask Kapowski about this. I stood him up last week when I told him that I would bring them. Sorry (not sorry) about that one boss. It won’t happen again.
