warmups
Warm up lap: mosey towards West end of the square, turn right towards Hatch, right at the alley, right up the steps and back towards the Sails.
Partner up. YHC chose Freud. Or he chose me. Either way, I had Freud. Hindsight being 20/20 and all, it’s a good thing that we weren’t in a race because Ed + Freud could possibly be the slowest duo known to man. In his defense, he has a bad lower back. In my defense, I’m just slower than pond water. No joke, I once lost a race to a turtle. It was crazy.
Anyway, the exercise was Partner 1 run the same lap we just did. Partner 2 do AMRAP exercises until P1 comes back and switch it up. Exercises called were:
Merkins
Flutterkicks
Plank
LBC’s
2 or 3 others that I can’t recall. Doesn’t sound hard but that we pretty tough. YHC was the six on the last lap, and as soon as I finished that lap, Kapowski took off towards 1st Baptist’s block pile.
More exercises. More running. This time we ran from parking lot to bottom of the hill and back.

More that I forgot. Partially due to the fact that I was about to blackout from loss of bodily fluids. Speaking of bodily fluids, Publix had to leave early and release some bodily fluids. Godspeed, Pub.
