We’re coming up on Memorial Day so I wanted to do a military themed workout. What came to mind was the Army Physical Fitness Test (with a twist) and since that wouldn’t take the entire 45 minutes, I threw in the Navy test as well.
The Army PFT consist of Pushups for 2min w/ amrap, Situps for 2min w/ amrap and a 2 mile run. I wanted everyone to run together so we did a 2 mile indian run – you all know about what you can do 2 miles in. The navy test is about the same except only a 1.5 mile run.
The max score is 300. Use your age to determine your score. I’ve included the reference charts as well as the minimum requirement chart.
