This morning I arrived and met Project from F3 Meca and waited for others to show up.  When we started, we had 8 pax who were ready to enjoy the cool weather and get stronger.

Mosey to Corner near Hatch

The next eexercises took some time.  We started at the corner and ran the square around First Baptist doing an exercise at each corner.

Lap 1 – 10 Money Humpers

Lap 2 – 10 Monkey Humpers, 20 – LBC

Lap 3 – 10 Monkey Humpers, 20 – LBC, 30 – Squats

Mosey to steps by the tracks

Bunny Hops up, jog back down

Bear Crawl up, jog back down

Lunges up, jog back down

Mosey back to Flower Planters

Line up at first pole and do exercises at every other pole.

In total, we ran about 1.5 miles and completed a few exercises and fun was had by all….
