Steam Engine and YHC rucked around the parking lot just in case someone was late showing up.  As we were going, Bing flew in the parking lot so we went about half way and met up together.  We headed back to the cars to get started.

Warmup

2 rounds of each

15 Ruck swings

10 Squats with Ruck on the front – 5 sec pause at bottom

The Thang

4 rounds of exercises

25 Flutter Kicks while holding Ruck overhead

25 Overhead Presses

15 Squats

10 Pushups

Ruck Around parking lot (Alternating direction each trip)

Once we finished the 4 rounds, we had a few minutes left so we rucked to the edge of the university and back.  We made it back in time for the COT at RAM.  The total distance we traveled is 1.9 miles.
