3 pax posted this morning in the cool and windy gloom.  As RAM was starting, we took off to Ruck a little bit and then do some exercises.

We completed a mile loop and tried to get between some vehicles to get out of the wind.

First we had fun with our rucks:

Start with the Ruck on the ground and move it to various positions.  Rinse and repeat for a count of 10:

Ruck on back

Ruck on front

Ruck overhead

Ruck on front

Ruck on back

Ruck on ground

Next we moved to exercises while keeping the ruck on or holding the ruck.

Flutter Kicks holding Ruck x20

Ruck Presses x20

Ruck on back Squats x10

Hand Release Merkins x10

Bear Crawl with Ruck on across parking lot and back

Once we completed these exercises we rucked another mile with some running involved.
