QIC:  Markup

We have done two Ruck workouts so I thought I should write a quick Backblast.  The first week we rucked 2.7 miles and this week we rucked 2.6 miles.  We have had a great time talking about rucking, events, war stories, as well as just general topics.  Next week we will take a step towards the next level and will pick up the pace for part of the time.  If you have not posted at RuckU then come on out Friday at 5:30 where RAM meets.

So far, we have just walked 2 different loops around Hickory.  The goal is to continue getting faster and all are welcome to post.  This is a great workout to get you moving again after an injury or strengthen your muscles to get you ready to run if you want to start running.  We hope to see you in the gloom.
