#Copperhead Creek has a steady number of faithful Pax, they are willing to tackle anything thrown at them (one of them is 9 years old, no excuses not to post).  Anyway, YHC was thinking about his upcoming Q and a couple of things came to mind…..First #Cooperhead Creek has never experienced #Rucking and also they have been in possession of the Logs from #Star for several weeks.  These guys have used them for several weeks straight and either are tougher than most or too stupid to return them….Well since they have them, might as well use them…

5 Pax entered the workout and we added BRD about 25 minutes later, Dude works third shift and posts after working 12 hours…tough. We circled up for the following…

Jacobs Ladder, 10 Burpees  at the bottom of the hill, 1 Squat at the top.

YHC was a part of the Ruck at Ram on Friday, i thought it would be a good idea to let the TVille Pax at least see what a ruck sack is all about.

All Pax on their Six, for a called Ab Exercise while one Pax runs the track for 1 lap with the Rucksack.

Well since they still have the Logs, time for some #Morningwood.

Cusack two logs down to the lower field, 2 teams, 1 Pax flips log 4 times, then runs back to start and tags partner who is doing Merkins.  Continue Flip until they reach track (100 yards).  Then Cusack these stupid logs back to the truck.  Finished

Great time with the Pax this am.  These guys put in a big burn and really showed how strong they are.  Frag is our young high school track star, runs and jumps like Tigger the Tiger, crazy fast at Burpees.  All the Pax really worked hard even us old dudes like 3-Dog and Pedro.
