11 pax circled up to have our COT before running so everyone could leave as we finished. As we started running 2 more pax arrived and caught up to the crew. We ran 6-7 miles through Hickory and enjoyed the fellowship as we ran.

4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he inquired of them where the Christ was to be born. 5 So they said to him, “In Bethlehem of Judea, for thus it is written by the prophet:
6 ‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,
Are not the least among the rulers of Judah;
For out of you shall come a Ruler
Who will shepherd My people Israel.’”

Not much to write about a running workout….. we ran and then came back. That is about the extent of the workout. We ran down some hills and then back up a few more hills as well on a few level portions of the streets. As I ran today I started thinking about the group. We started ARROW almost 3 years ago and we moved the time to 5:15 since it was taking us an hour to run 5 miles. Now we are running 6+ miles in an hour or less! As we post together, we get stronger physically but more importantly we get stronger as men. By spending time with each other, we become better husbands, dads, and community members.
We ran to Hickory High and then by Hampton Heights Golf Course. We ran down the hill and then took a right through the neighborhood and continued by the Armory. We then ran trough Lenoir-Rhyne Univerity and then back by Hickory High. It was a great run and even though it was in the low-20s, it was a great morning for a run.
